  The maiden edition of the Federal Polytechnic Oko Journal of Business and Management Studies (OJBMS) marks an important academic milestone for the School of Business Studies, Federal Polytechnic Oko. Although conceived as a broad-based bi-annual journal covering diverse fields in business, management, public administration, governance, entrepreneurship, and related disciplines, the inaugural issue is deliberately selective, publishing carefully reviewed scholarly articles that establish the journal's academic identity, quality standards, and intellectual direction.
